Full-Time Positions (30+ Hrs Per Wk)Paid Time Off
8 hours per pay period in year 1, 9 hours per pay period after year 1. Max of 400 hours in accrued PTO. Full time is 30+ hours per week. Holiday Pay 8 days per year, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter / Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Maternity / Paternity 2 weeks. Funeral Leave 3 days for immediate family (life partner, parent, grandparent, in-laws, child, or sibling) and 1 day for other family members. Health Insurance Available for the employee & family. Dental Insurance Available for the employee & family. Vision Insurance Available for the employee & family. Life Insurance Covered 100% for the employee. Retirement 3% match after 1 year of service. |
Part-Time Positions (Under 30 Hrs Per Wk)Paid Time Off
2-6 hours per pay period depending on core hours. Max of 200 hours in accrued PTO. Holiday Pay Staff will be paid 1.5 time for holidays worked. Maternity / Paternity N/A Funeral Leave 3 regularly scheduled shifts for immediate family (life partner, parent, grandparent, in-laws, child, or sibling) and 1 shift for other family members.
